The residential-house "Schochenhof" at the outskirts of Kirchberg impresses because of the quiet, sunny location.

In Summer as well as in winter, there's enough to to around our house:

• With the "Fleckalmbahn", you can go to the center of the famous skiing grounds from Kitzbühel/Kirchberg within 20 minutes.

• The most beautifull footpaths are near our house, so you can reach the mountains between Kitzbühel an Kirchberg without using a car.

• Beside that, it takes you about 10 minutes by feet to reach the lake of Kirchberg.

• Golfers are closed by the golf-course "Kitzbühel/Schwarsee/Reith" and other popular courts.
